Recruitment Guidelines

SPRM applies traditional recruiting procedures, which attract quality applicants from diverse fields, through training academies, employee referrals, seminars, newspaper advertising and brochures. Each employee or trainee must undergo criminal background check, fingerprinting and other pre-employment screening before being hired.

Once hired, each employee must undergo induction and participate in an annual training, regular refresher modules and examinations on techniques on weapons safety and handling courses.

The placement of our forensics specialist, auditors, investigators and security guards is what generally places SPRM in the position to confidently describe the implementation of our projects as authentic.

Our security guards are trained to make visible foot patrols throughout their posts in undetermined patterns. Our training programmed exceeds that of any of our competitor’s programmes.
